WorkBoots is a service of Call Citadel LLC DBA WorkBoots. It sends text messages on behalf of participating home service businesses, such as plumbers, HVAC companies, electricians, and roofers.
When you'll get a text
You will receive a text from WorkBoots only after you call a participating business and the call goes unanswered. The text continues the request you started by calling: it comes from the business's verified messaging line, identifies the business you called, and asks about the service you need so the business can follow up with you. WorkBoots does not send marketing messages and does not text people who have not called a participating business.
What the messages cover
- Follow-up on the call you placed to the business
- Questions about the service you need, the job location, and urgency
- Confirmation that your request was passed to the business
Business owners
Businesses that use WorkBoots receive leads and alerts in the WorkBoots app, not by text. If you text our support line at +1 (888) 864-1370, we will reply only about your request.
Frequency, cost, and opting out
- Message frequency varies with the conversation.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop messages. Reply HELP for help.
- Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
